 A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...                                                                                              2.

A vast sea of stars serves as a backdrop for the main title.

Intense and dark orchestral music abruptly announces itself.

It is a time of peace and prosperity across the Galaxy at the pinnacle of the reign of the

High Republic. The BENDU, an ancient force wielder that dwells on the planet of ATOLLON cries out 

through the FORCE for help to anyone who might answer. ESEAH, the first TWI'LEK race species to 

become a Jedi Temple Guard senses the distress call. She secretly makes plans to leave her stationed 

post on CORUSCANT to try and save the creature who called out into the void.

Orchestral music becomes soft but maintains drama.

PAN DOWN and we see Eseah's specialized, sleek single seater SENTINAL NUETRALIZER

LIGHT FIGHTER come out of hyperspace travel over the Bendu's home world.

ATOLLON

Eseah's ship drifts into the planet's outer atmosphere.

CUT TO:

INT. ESEAH'S SHIP COCKPIT - EMPTY SPACE - DAY

Eseah's RED SKINNED PREHENSILE TENTACLES protrude from the back of her Jedi Sentinel

helmet causing the reflection on the cockpit window to illuminate red across its view span.

She pushes buttons and flips a switch and her ship blasts a jet flame burst which propels her

ship through the planet's atmosphere, a fiery fire temporarily engulfs the hull. 

WIPE TO:

EXT. PLANET ATOLLON SURFACE - CONTINUOUS

We see Eseah land her ship within sight of the great Bendu beast who is lying motionless except for

his chest slowly rising up and down has he takes long gurgle breaths indicating he is still alive.

Eseah exits her light fighter ship and carefully approaches the Bendu. Eseah circles the giant being

to find its face. She is amazed at how the beast blends into the natural surrounding landscape. 

She places her hand on the Bendu's snout to get a sense of its state of health. She removes her hand

startled by her own emotion.

                                                                ESEAH

                                                    You should be dead.

                                                                BENDU

                                    (struggling)

                                                    You must... leave. Danger... trap.

Bendu takes a deep breath. Eseah looks around now on alert, she ignites her DOUBLE SIDED

LIGHT SABER, the yellow/orange blades emphasized more than normal in the dewy mists of the

darkened swamp like planet. DARTH KRAYT appears from behind a large dead tree stump full of moss

and tall swamp grass. Eseah removes her helmet and drops it on the ground. Darth Krayt a menacing

presence of a warrior with the look of age and experience, with sharp tattoos covering his face, 

ignites his light saber - the immense redness of his blade overpowers the dull ambient swamp hue. He

moves to attack Eseah and she spins her double saber right in to his blade with an astounding clash 

and brightness, the yellow and red colors competing to be more beautiful than the other. They try

to strike each other down over and over but to no avail - it seems to be a draw but one more flowing

swoop of her double sweeps his leg while burning it at the same time, she spins and holds the other

side the blade tip to his neck while on his back on the ground. He closes his red blade and yields in

defeat.

                                                                DARTH KRAYT

                                                    Wait.

                                                                                                                                CLOCK WIPE:

BEGIN FLASHBACK.

We see CORUSCANT'S VAST CITYSCAPE and the JEDI TEMPLE standing out as a beautiful and

unique structure on top of a litter of plain concrete and steel towers covering the surface of the planet.

CORUSCANT, THE DAY BEFORE

CUT TO:

EXT. JEDI TEMPLE ENTRANCE - DAY

YODA, a small green creature with large ears and dressed in traditional Jedi garb strolls tall for his

size, proud and commanding despite his low stature. He stops in front of Eseah and glances up

to meet her eyes. His presence of power doesn't escape her notice, she senses his concern for her

and even with her face hidden behind the sentinel helmet, she knows that Yoda can see her tears

behind the mask.

                                                                YODA

                                                    Master Jedi Eseah. Troubled you are I sense. Rotation soon

                                                    you start?

                                                                ESEAH

                                                    Tomorrow.

                                                                YODA

                                                    Good that is. Much needed rest can you get. If counsel you ever need,

                                                    available I will always be. May the force be with you.

                                                                ESEAH

                                                    Thank you. I would be honored to receive counsel, grandmaster Yoda.

                                                    May the force be with you.

Yoda continues on through the entrance door, he gives a nod of acknowledgement to the other temple 

guard nearby and the sentinel bows out of respect in return. After Yoda is far enough away the second

guard (AKRILA) who is on duty with Eseah signals her back to position. She respectively complies.

A third Sentinel (GROBA) that observed Yoda's interaction with Eseah goes to relieve Akrila from duty 

and take over the shift watch.

                                                                GROBA

                                                    Eseah broke temple protocol. She needs to be reprimanded.

                                                                AKRILA

                                                    The grandmaster addressed her first.

                                                                GROBA

                                                    About what?

                                                                AKRILA

                                                    I don't know but Eseah has been quiet lately. I sense she is

                                                    hiding something. She's becoming a liability as of late.

                                                                GROBA

                                                    If Eseah is imbalanced the Jedi Council must be informed.

                                                                AKRILA

                                                    I feel Grandmaster Yoda already knows. 

A fourth guard (CHAR) leaps from an upper balcony pathway to land right in front of Eseah.

                                                                CHAR

                                        (bowing)

                                                    Sorry I'm late master Eseah. Enjoy your time on rotation.

                                                    May the force be with you.

                                                                ESEAH

                                                    Thank you master Char. Not so sure about the enjoyable part.

                                                    May the force be with you.

After Groba and Char take their position on the left and right decorative huge doorway pillars,

Akrila and Eseah MARCH in a specific line formation meeting up with each other simultaneously

in the middle of the entrance and then MARCH together into the temple hall. Once in they relax

to informal off duty behavior.

                                                                AKRILA

                                                    How about a spar session before dinner? 

Eseah takes off her helmet, then Akrila takes off his. His long blond hair falls down to the

middle of his back. His face is sharp featured with piercing green eyes, he squints with a sly

smile.

                                                                AKRILA

                                                    What say you?

Eseah abruptly spins with enough momentum for her head tentacles to swing high and almost

hitting Akrila on the side of his face, but he ducks in time to avoid getting smacked. Eseah turns back

looking at him.

                                                                ESEAH

                                                    Ok.

                                                                                                                                WIPE TO:

INT. SENTINAL TRAINING ROOM - CONTINUOUS

Eseah and Akrila face each other in stances holding practice staffs ready to strike. YADDLE who

is of the same species as Yoda oversees the match.

                                                                ESEAH

                                                    Grandmaster Yaddle. It is an honor for you to visit finding time

                                                    from your duties on the Jedi High Council.

                                                                YADDLE

                                                    True I'm very busy, but I'm here at the behest of Yoda.

                                                    When you are done, I must speak with you Eseah.

                                                                ESEAH

                                                    Will you do us the honor?

                                                                YADDLE

                                                    Of course. Ready. Begin.

Akrila steps into action spinning his staff at a blur. Eseah follows suit and the lightening fast

twirls cross over each other seamlessly as if it were a choreographed show but out of the

flawless deliverance comes a knockout blow to Akrila's chin. He falls straight back to the ground

like a cut tree slamming hard on the mat, he's out cold asleep. She bows to Akrila has he stirs, then

bows to Yaddle.

                                                                YADDLE

                                                    When you return from rotation you will be summoned to

                                                    stand before the Jedi Council to discuss your current status.

                                                    Also, Yoda wanted me to tell to be careful on your planned travels.

                                                                ESEAH

                                                    I didn't tell Yoda about any planned travels.

                                                                YADDLE

                                                    As you know Master Eseah, Sentinel Guards are monitored and

                                                    must submit to the underwriting process at the required time.

Akrila picks himself off the floor, he stumbles over to a bench to sit down and recover.

                                                                ESEAH

                                                    I understand. See you when I get back. May the force be with you.

                                                                YADDLE

                                                    May the force be with you Eseah. 

Eseah hurries out of the training room.

                                                                                                                                END FLASHBACK:

BACK TO SCENE.

CLOCK WIPE:

EXT. PLANET ATOLLON SURFACE - DAY

The Bendu begins to heal in real time as Eseah holds herself back from killing Darth Krayt.

                                                                DARTH KRAYT

                                                    Even now your kyber crystal bleeds because of your imbalance.

                                                    The soul of your blade is corrupted, you can no longer stay

                                                    loyal to the light side of the force. Why do you hide your

                                                    beautiful Sith tattoos? Return to me and embrace the dark side

                                                    of the force once again Eseah. I have waited long, DARTH TALON.

                                                    

Eseah shuts down her double saber blades and takes a step back. Bendu now fully healed rises

to his full stature once again dwarfing the Jedi Master and the defeated Sith Lord.

                                                                BENDU

                                                    Eseah. I cannot intervene.

The Bendu fades away into the FORCE. And there now standing in the imprint of the Bendu, two

figures in black Sith Armor, they take a few steps forward, the faint light barely show their faces, and

Eseah reignites her duel blades, it's louder hum crackles and spits energy like never before brightening

the dim light so that Darth Krayt's ACOLYTES identities are clear to Eseah. The Acolytes ignite

their blades of blood red causing a reflective shine to bounce off their armor turning the surrounding

mist blood red also. The Darkside Force permeates the air and surrounds Eseah. The fear in her

grows and anger builds, she trembles and the body paint flows off revealing her STRIPE SITH

TATOOS. 

                                                                DARTH KRAYT

                                                    There you are.

                                                                ESEAH

                                                    What happened to the rule of two? Akrila. Groba.

                                                    Traitors. Spies!

Eseah jump spins into action coming right at Akrila and the impact of blades spreads out 

off the connection like a LIGHTENING BOLT. Groba jumps in and tries to strike Eseah in

her back, but she swings her dual blade over her head to parry away Groba's attempt, at that moment

Akrila goes in and tries to decapitate Eseah, she deflects his blade within an inch of her neck, the red

glow of his blade blending seamlessly against the color of her skin. She FORCE PUSHES Groba

to the ground before he could take advantage, then with incredible speed she SPINS her DUAL

SABER ODDLY and confuses Akrila for a brief moment. Akrila's light saber shuts down, his head

rolls off his shoulders, and his body collapses.

                                                                DARTH KRAYT

                                                    One down. One to go. Kill Groba and we will become THE

                                                    RULE OF TWO just as it was before.

Groba float rises to his feet. His glowing red blade angry and hungry, seeking to take a life.

                                                                GROBA

                                                    I will kill you, finish my training, then I will kill my master and

                                                    become a Sith Lord and ensure the tradition until such time the Sith

                                                    can return to rule the Galaxy once again as in the days of old.

                                                                ESEAH

                                                    You're delusional Groba. You think he'll let you live even if you

                                                    defeat me? You're more of a fool than I thought.

Groba rushes forward in intense anger, laser sword in a high position, the deadly hum

reverberating and creating an eerie stereophonic wake of sound trailing behind him.

Haunting orchestral music booms in dark and moody horns and strings, fitting of the moment.

Eseah spins her blades to meet his just in time. After a few strikes, blows and near misses, a pause.

Both heavily out of breath, Groba draws a second saber and ignites it. Eseah separates the hilt of her

dual saber to match the fighting style. They both now approach each other to battle in the style

of JAR'KAI.

                                                                                                                                WIPE TO:

INT. HIGH COUNCIL CHAMBER - NIGHT

Twelve Jedi Masters congregate and take their seats. Yoda brings the council to order

and addresses current developments.

                                                                YODA

                                                    A volunteer I need. Go to the Bendu's home world I must. 

                                                    Dangerous the situation is, stronger two will be. Eseah in peril

                                                    she is, bring her back to safety we will.

The Jedi Master (MAKA) a RED SKINNED LETHAN TWI'LEK SPECIES, same as Eseah - 

stands from his chair and steps to the center of the chambers circle.

                                                                MAKA

                                                    I will go.

Yoda nods in approval. He rises from his chair.

                                                                YODA

                                                    Our transport ready it is. Go now we will, short is the time. Closes

                                                    soon the window does to rescue Eseah.

CLOCK WIPE:

EXT. PLANET ATOLLON SURFACE - CONTINUOUS

DRAMATIC ORCHESTRAL MUSIC.

AERIAL PAN TO THE LIGHT SABER BATTLE BETWEEN ESEAH AND GROBA.

CUT TO:

CLOSE ON the four light sabers clashing and spitting sparks of mini-lightning bolts arching

in chaotic random ways around the two enemies locked in a desperate scene of life and death,

light verses dark. ZOOM BACK WIDE to reveal Darth Krayt moving in to attack position to assist

Groba. Eseah jumps backwards sensing the Sith Lord about to interject himself into the fight. At that

moment Yoda and Maka suddenly appear from the mist out of nowhere like ghosts. Yoda ignites his

saber, the green brightness beautiful and commanding gives Eseah a feeling of restored strength and 

relief. Eseah and Groba use the interruption to their favor, and they take a breather.

                                                                YODA

                                                    Return of the Sith? If victory you expect, surprised

                                                    you will be. Defeat is your only end. Groba? An Acolyte of

                                                    the dark side. Unfortunate this situation is, sad what we must do now.

Maka ignites his light saber to reveal it is RED. Yoda gets in a defensive stance, his saber ready to 

strike. Maka's face turns ugly and angry.

                                                                MAKA

                                                    Surprised?

                                                                DARTH KRAYT

                                    (smiling)

                                                    Welcome DARTH RUYN. No Yoda, the defeat is yours.

                                                                ESEAH

                                                    I don't think so.

A RAINBOW OF TEN LIGHT SABERS IGNITES - ILLIMUNATING THE WHOLE AREA,

AND THE KYBER CRYSTAL BLADES KEEPERS ARE REVEALED TO BE THE MEMBERS

OF THE JEDI COUNCIL.
